All content — text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Akita Puppy Mitsuko and may not be reproduced without written permission.
No Guarantee of Availability
Information about litters, puppies, and pairings is presented in good faith but is subject to change. Submitting an inquiry, application, or waitlist request does not guarantee that a puppy will be available or that we will offer a placement. All placements are made at our sole discretion.
Deposits & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit may be requested to hold a reserved puppy, and is applied toward your placement. Deposits are refundable only in the event that Akita Puppy Mitsuko is unable to place a puppy from the anticipated litter, at our discretion. Full deposit and placement terms are documented in the placement agreement provided prior to any payment.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akita Puppy Mitsuko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information published on it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
